Last summer, Danoontje asked House of Media to created social media assets for their campaign, promoting a give-away with each product sold. Which let people turn their milk-based treat into an ice-cream.
My role was to create the storyboards, assets and the animations.
With these storyboards we tried to get to the essence of what the client wanted to tell their customers. We ended up with 6 approved versions of which 5 would become animations.
The storyboards were final, now we had to go and create all the extra poses, props & backgrounds that we were going to need. We were provided with some assets ofcourse, so we could repurpose many of them.
It all comes together in After Effects. Bringing our little dinosaur to life. We had 10 seconds for every animation, making every frame count to tell our stories.
